I'm Back!

I tried getting rid of this blog and using the one my website has available, but after a couple of years and a lot of pains trying to deal with multiple site issues, I've decided I'll revert back to this blog.  I'm not the greatest at putting a lot of posts out there.  It seems like there's never enough time in the day to do all things, so I'll promise this - at least once a month, if not more, I'll come out here and put up a post, update, etc. just so you know I'm still writing, what I'm working on, and any upcoming releases and their dates.

Since the last post, here, the Need Series is now complete with a total of five books.  It spun-off into the Titan Security Series, everyone wanted to know what happened to all those sexy body guards in the Need Series.  There are currently two books out in Titan.  As with the Need Series, all of Titan Security books are standalone novels within a series.  You don't have to read them in any particular order to understand what's going on.  The third Titan book will be coming out this summer/fall 2018.  I was going to stop at three books, but after referencing characters from both Need and Titan in a standalone called Elusive, and writing new security details, well...I'm reconsidering and will leave the third book ending with the potential for more, but not guaranteed.

I have put out one standalone book called Elusive.  It does not relate to any of the other books, though I didn't want to recreate new characters and have to build backstories for tertiary story lines, so I pulled a couple people from Need and a new group of security/ex-military guys, that have the potential to go into Titan. So far everyone loves the references.

There'll be a new standalone book coming out within the next couple of months, or less, still working out the timeline for everything.  It will be called Keep Me Close and was inspired by a signing I had within the conference center of an airport hotel.  Yes, inspiration can strike from all locations. Again, I do make references to a couple of characters in Need and make mention of Titan Security, as a company, but the story can be read without any knowledge of the other books.  Yes, for some reason, I can't seem to stay away from going back to Need and Titan.  Don't know why, but I can't let those characters fade away into non-existence.

Okay, that's all for this post for now.  I need to get back to writing, as I'm under a deadline and want to get things done.

So I'll be back with monthly, or more, posts to this blog.  If you want daily or weekly updates, feel free to check me out at my Facebook author page at www.facebook.com/authorcynthiaponeill

On my Facebook author page, I post daily questions.  Sometimes they are related to books I'm working on for research purposes and other times they're just for fun.  Participation with the answers gives you an automatic entry into a monthly giveaway that I run, not Facebook.  I give anything from small amount Amazon gift cards, free ebook copies of one of my books via Smashwords, signed proofs or regular paperback books, swag packs, etc.  So feel free to check out the page.

Ta ta for now!
